the promotion of Mark A. Weiss to Vice President. Mr. Weiss joined AFG
in 2010 and most recently served as Assistant Vice President and
Assistant General Counsel. In addition, he serves as Vice President and
Chief Compliance Officer for American Money Management, a wholly owned
investment management subsidiary of AFG where he provides legal advice
in connection with the Company’s investment portfolio.
