On October 6, 2023, Mr. Vito C. Peraino retired as Senior Vice President and Executive Counsel of American Financial Group, Inc. (the
“Company”). Mr. Peraino joined the Company in 1999 and served in a number of leadership roles during his tenure, including as General Counsel of the Company from
2012 to 2022.
