William W. Verity

William W. Verity has served on AFG's Board of Directors since 2002. He is Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
Will has been Chair and CEO of Verity & Verity, LLC, an investment management company, since January 2002. Prior to that time, he was a partner of Pathway Guidance LLC, an executive consulting firm, since October 2000. Previously, he served as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of ENCOR Holdings, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of plastic molded components. Mr. Verity also served as a Director of Chiquita Brands International, a global produce supplier, from 1993 to 2002.
